Then as things move along, they will inform you of certain things, like making a diagram of the area that they say, needs to be detailed and you can do it yourself, but they will not give you any assistance of what the county needs. So, they offer to do it for you for $500. Makes it sound like its difficult. I paid them the NON REFUNDABLE $500 and they sent me the diagram to approve before sending it to the county. Its a Google Map view with a few different shading areas and a few numbers on it. Probably too about 10 minutes to make. Then, after all is said and done, they want the balance paid upon the arrival of the one person that will dig the pond before he even starts. I changed my mind because it was taking way too long and the permits are just crazy. They know people change their minds. Thats why the make you pay up front all the NON REFUNDABLE money. "This company has been great to work with for several years; however, they changed owners sometime this year. Their rates have nearly doubled and they no longer stand by their work. I called them in when the sewer drain from my washing machine backed up. The tech was fantastic and worked very efficiently, but I was surprised to see such a drastic increase in cost. I paid it and didn't think much of it. Less than a week later, the same exact problem happened. When the tech came again, he and I discovered that the clog was actually in a different part of the line so he cleared that. He then expected me to pay a second time! I, of course, refused since this was the same problem that hadn't been appropriately fixed the first time. The new owner then came to my house and was very unprofessional. I will definitely never call them again and definitely do not recommend. It's a shame to see the new owners ruin what was a good company."

"Thanks to Michigan weather the project got delayed several times due to flooding. Once the flooding had resolved, they knocked out the project in 4 days! This was removing old grass/weeds, laying new dirt topsoil, grading, laying the sod and cleanup! Insane, can’t wait to show off the new yard!"
