"They were excellent. They cleaned up so good that you could not tell that they just cut down a 75 ft. Tall pin oak tree. I would highly recommend them for any tree service. Great communication and very professional. I will definitely use them in the future"

"We contracted for a number of small trees to be cut down. They were not able to come out for 3 weeks because of their schedule and the weather, but when they did come out, the service was professional and promptly done. They worked quickly and took care of clean-up. Even after a misunderstanding on our part, Mr. Temple had his workers there the next day, and they were polite, professional and worked quickly. We were very pleased!! Not knowing what tree services normally cost, I believe the price was fair. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!"

Tree Service questions, answered by experts

Peach trees don’t tend to live as long as other types of trees and crops. They tend to last only about 12 years, and you shouldn’t expect to see a full peach harvest each of those years, either. Young peach trees need a few years to get established before they produce fruit, but you should have plenty of peaches for your pies and cobblers during their mature years, around years four through eight.

Tree roots are hearty and complex systems, so they don’t die immediately after the rest of the tree is removed. If you leave the root system in place, it takes anywhere from two to seven years for it to run out of nutrients. It is worth noting, however, that the roots stop growing and expanding after cutting down the rest of the tree.

Not all evergreen conifers need to be pruned, but some do. Pruning pine trees is not necessary, but you can do so during June and July if you wish. On the other hand, spruce, firs, and junipers do need to be pruned from late winter to early spring.

Ideally, you’ll have a good enough relationship with your neighbors that you can kindly mention this task in regular conversation. However, every neighbor (and neighborhood) is different. Your best bet will always be to ask directly and nicely, offering to contribute to the tree trimming efforts if you’d like. However, if you are bothered by the tree and your neighbor is unwilling to cut it, you can involve the help of the homeowners’ association or local authorities, if applicable.

If the roots are still alive, the dead tree will usually try to put out new shoots. That doesn’t mean the tree will survive or that the dead parts of a tree will come back to life. If parts of the tree have died and turned gray or rotten, nothing will bring them back to life and they need to be safely removed.
