"Mr. Steve Farrell impressed us. He came to our house and talked to us. We had him come in March for the painting job. He was very nice and very friendly. He took his time and went over things with us. We felt very comfortable with him. It was a big area of the foyer that needed to be painted and the upstairs hallway needed to be painted as well. When he came to paint, he brought two other guys with him. We trusted his judgement. He was supposed to do some cosmetic work on the walls as well. He was done with everything in one day which we were not expecting. He was very friendly but we felt that he rushed it and so, he had to come back to our house to do some make up work because we were not happy. We don't think that we got $850 worth of painting work done."
