Spotlight Renovations

Hired this company for a full house renovation. Bragged about everything not having to use subs. Also showed me pictures from previous work, (which turned out to be from a separate company all together owned by his parents). After signing the contract the lies started to unravel. I started to question the quality of some of the work he was doing with the carpentry and when asked he would apologize. Most days when he showed up to work it was just him and electrical plumbing and hvac had been subbed out. He would go days without showing up to the job and would show up just before I arrived to act as if he had been working . He had issues with his original subs and had to find new subs and tried to adjust the scope of work to make up the difference in cost by trying to charge me extra for work already in the original scope. Kept asking for money because he was unable to pay subs although we had an agreed upon pay schedule. Too much more to fit. Please avoid using this contractor.

They are a high quality professional service, I have other services I will be needing and I will be using Spotlight Renovations, and I would recommend them for anyone that needs their service, they will give you more then the bang for your buck.
