"Tom is very professional and fair. This was an addition to an existing home, so there ended up being additional work that needed to be done to the original structure that was not anticipated. But we found Tom to be earnest and trustworthy in his assessment of which work was a priority, and which was not. Despite the additional cost for this additional work, the cost for the original work came in on budget. Quality of work was very good."

When finished with the building, they moved the furniture, reconnected the tv to make sure it worked, took all the boxes and “junk” to the trash area, and picked up any construction remnants in the room.
