Rick Sievers, General Contractor and Owner of Bay Ridge Development Inc., provided everything he promised in his bid with skill, flexibility, organization and constant communication. As is probably true with any remodel, we requested changes at various intervals throughout and Rick handled those requests with grace and showed his ability to be flexible. He is extremely skilled and always strove for perfection in his own performance as well as the performance of the specialty services he hired. Rick performed most of the work himself, so he was onsite the majority of the time, and when a specialty service was required, he hired people who worked to his high standards. Rick's organization and communication skills are wonderful and were very much appreciated from day one. There were absolutely no surprises due to Rick's ability to communicate throughout our remodel. Rick was a pleasure to interact with, from beginning to end, and we won't hesitate to request his services in the future. We absolutely love the end result! Rick was great with the details! He kept me advised as to how and when things would happen, he brought me a great tub revision idea which is exactly what I needed and also saved me money. He even came on Saturday to do the painting himself so that I didn't have to wait another month and brought the plumber with him to finish off that part. No project goes perfectly, but Rick worked WITH me and made it work very well. I'd recommend Bay Ridge Developments Inc. to anyone.

All the medical and support personnel here at the Air Station are very happy with the work completed by Bay Ridge Development. Bay Ridge did top quality work at a very reasonable cost. The entire project from proposal to completion was less than a week. The completed deck is very well-constructed and looks great. Bay Ridge exceeded my expectations. They are the first call I will make for my next project.

From the very first meeting, I was impressed with Rick's demeanor, extensive knowledge and insight into possible "gotchas" associated with my project. Rick was extremely thorough and reasonable in his estimates, began the work exactly as scheduled and completed my project in less time than he had initially proposed. Rick first sat down with us to explain clearly what he was going to do,the cost of the job, and listened attentitvely to our ideas, and he was very helpful with his suggestions. He gave us a time frame that he expected the job to be finished. We went over about 1 week, not any fault to him or his crew.Just bad wallpaper.His crew worked extra time even weekends to stay on track best they could. Rick was very accomodating to us and our needs. He is very precise, he is on tim,dependable and he has a fabulous crew as well. He cleaned up after each days work. I am EXTREMELY happy with his work and LOVE my new Kitchen/diinig room. Thank You Rick
