"From start to finish working with this company has been fantastic. Jacob gave us a free estimate and spent well over 30 mins inspecting the entirety of the scope of the job. He was on our roof, in our tiny attic, and walked the entire perimeter all the while taking photos. (The other two estimates from other companies we got they men basically looked from our driveway and maybe walked around the perimeter). He gave us a detailed description of the process and at no time gave any of the sales gimmicks that every other company gave us nor made us feel pressured at any point. When we decided to go with them a few days later the company was honest and thorough. Before during and after instalation, we never had any issues with contacting for questions. There were no surprise costs and they kept us Informed on all parts of the of instalation. The crew that came out were fast and professional and the cleanup was immaculate. For our first home this company has set our standards incredibly high, and I highly recommend them for anyone whi eants thier roof done right"

We are a small community based business, that prides our self on always going that extra mile on every project. We have one full time employee and four others that come in on large projects. We accept cash, credit and check. We also will be accepting pay pal and mobile pay within the upcoming month.

"Josh Coleman, Coleman Building Solutions (now CBS Gutters) was hired to completely replace our roof in September of 2017. He never filed the permit, and had multiple leaks after completion. After threatening a lawsuit for refund (mid 2018), he filed the permit after I picked up permit papers for him. The roof subsequently failed inspection with multiple code violations. Late summer 2018, another leak began, which Josh then avoided repairing repeatedly. Livonia city inspectors hounded him to correct the issues. Josh finally hired subcontractors (Jones & Son) to fix what he was unable to do properly, and their work, torching down flat roof, resulted in a fire and the Total Loss of our home. It was discovered that Josh never fully removed old roofing materials. Josh Coleman and his subcontractors did not have business liability insurance. And, as of Aug 2019, he has failed to provide proof of insurance for the subrogation claim against Coleman Building Solutions. DO NOT HIRE! Lack of communication, Dishonest, Repeated Lies, Code Violations, Total Structure Loss."
