+ 0 moreJosh Coleman, Coleman Building Solutions (now CBS Gutters) was hired to completely replace our roof in September of 2017. He never filed the permit, and had multiple leaks after completion. After threatening a lawsuit for refund (mid 2018), he filed the permit after I picked up permit papers for him. The roof subsequently failed inspection with multiple code violations. Late summer 2018, another leak began, which Josh then avoided repairing repeatedly. Livonia city inspectors hounded him to correct the issues. Josh finally hired subcontractors (Jones & Son) to fix what he was unable to do properly, and their work, torching down flat roof, resulted in a fire and the Total Loss of our home. It was discovered that Josh never fully removed old roofing materials. Josh Coleman and his subcontractors did not have business liability insurance. And, as of Aug 2019, he has failed to provide proof of insurance for the subrogation claim against Coleman Building Solutions. DO NOT HIRE! Lack of communication, Dishonest, Repeated Lies, Code Violations, Total Structure Loss.
