I have been a building contractor for 30 years. I currently have 4 employees. I have had as many as 25 employees in the past. We can handle any building project from the ground to the roof. I have a great group of sub contractors that I have worked with for years. I work off a draw schedule for payment depending on the size of the project.

My business is small, as I do most of the work personally. I have over 35 years in the home remodeling arena, from the ground up. If the job is too large, I will supply a sub contractor for the best end result i.e. drywall, major plumbing or electrical. Many times a home owner wants to help to either learn or save money. I will teach and assist. Generally I do jobs with a duration of 1 to 2 hours to 1 month and gravitate towards kitchens, baths, repairs, trim, framing and structural repairs. I am detail oriented and embrace options for future project such as installing a conduit through something that won't have access later. All things are possible although some may not be feasible. Also, I have supervisory experience for large tract homes. Most of this was in San Diego.
