Any skills acquired for these jobs were ones that I learned from my dad or grandfather, both of which were licensed builders. "The 3 story condo project that Preferred completed was done efficiently and professionally. I had the pleasure of meeting each associate during the project and all were courteous and professional. The quality of work was outstanding. Added value to the project for us included some deck cleaning and power washing of exterior spiral staircases. Kudos Todd to you and your staff."

"Had to have a tree removed, it was interfering where I needed to have a garage built. Price was affordable and cleaned up well afterwards. Would recommend."

"He gave me a quote and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was clear about to procedure and what he needed to do. It was nice and clean after the service, I didn't have to do any touch ups or clean ups. I was so happy with the results, I hired him to complete resurface my driveway."

"The project was finished quickly with the contractor very willing to fit their work schedule to ours. They were neat and thorough, and always courteous and pleasant to deal with.
