"Two of our trees and one of neighbor's were interfering with the line from the pole to their house. We hired J's to trim all three and lighten up the largest and remove dead wood. Workers came and did a fabulous job, with one exception: they didn't trim the neighbor's tree at all, even the estimate explicitly stated that it was the neighbor's tree. Still, readyy enough mistake, so I called the next day and spoke with the receptionist and told her about the mistake. She said that J would be out to look at it that day. Never showed up. Called again and this time spoke with J and was assured it would be taken care of. Still nothing. Called again on the next Monday and was told it would be scheduled for this week. Called again at 3:50 PM on Friday and got no answer. Over two weeks from when the work was scheduled to be done and the tree is still untouched. The work that WAS done was great, but I paid for three trees and one two were done."
