"Excellent work. It took about two hours to do our 2000sq ft home. I liked that they take before and after pictures so you can see the actual work done. They were clean and careful with everything. I liked that the owner is doing the work. I would highly recommend them to friends and family."

"Had carpeting cleaned, decided not to stretch.. should have though. Lillard's did a fine job, nothing bad to say about them, cost was reasonable. Removed most of the stains, only few small stains that I knew ahead of time that wouldn't come out. They were professional and courteous."

"They recommended that we replace the dryer as the cost to repair were higher than the allowed limit. The dryer needed heating element and control panel. We are supposed to receive a LOWES gift card within 30 days to replace the dryer. I am satisfied with the recommendation, however 30 days is a long time to be without my dryer. Hopefully the gift card will arrive earlier so that I can replace the dryer in a timely manner."
