Got a quote for one room at 1200 with making the room smooth they failed to do that as the other owner nick said it would cost a lot more so it was painted as a waste cuz it didnt turn out for 1200 and it was half walls with trim middle and bottom only one coat on trim thet didnt paint some trim the way i wanted they said to little they were not on time we’re not ready for us there was no contract so the price never stayed the same paint on floor holes not cover can of paint left open got guys out who speak no English invoice me two months with a 4200 dollar bill for 3 room and regular closets they charged there own prices as they went no down payment or contract and wrong paint I’m very p***** never highre these people there all about money but the work do t add up to it"

"My 33-year-old fiberglass front door and sidelight had been previously gel stained and topcoated with a UV inhibiting polyurethane several times. Because the bottom half of the door was exposed to extreme sun, that half would always peel making it diffiult to match the top half, so I decided to paint the entire door. MK1 Painting and Finishing to the rescue! Mike was able to find an exterior paint that complemented the cedar trim on our house, and now the door and sidelight look brand new. "We hired Clean Cut Painting for a $20K job based on their quick quote and no deposit. While work started fast, the experience went downhill. There were surprise charges, and key items like door handles and outlet covers were removed but never reinstalled. Paint was left on floors, tile, and even on our carpet. When I brought up the carpet damage, Matt said, ?It needed to be replaced anyway??even though we had told him it wouldn?t be. Wall hardware and mirrors were removed with permission, but instead of being reinstalled, everything was tossed in the garage and mixed with trash. On the final Saturday, Matt worked briefly and left his crew to finish. I watched them rush cleanup the moment he left, leaving a mess. I later told Matt he should?ve told his crew he?d be back to inspect?it might?ve led to a better outcome. While I appreciated the fast start and no deposit, the lack of professionalism, poor finish, and dismissive responses mean I wouldn?t hire them again."
