"The salesperson who came out was very nice and professional - however, he did not tell me that I needed to have everything in the basement 3 feet from the walls.  This caused us to scramble on the day of installation and i'm certain that this made it more difficult for the installers as well.  Additionally, no one had warned me of how strong the smell would be initially and I had to scramble a bit to get my very young family out of the house to avoid it and/or off-gassing.  The installers arrived on time and were ready to roll.  They did an excellent job insulating the rim joists and did a pretty good job of cleaning up.  There were some spots where I had to scrape the insulation off of the floor and wall.  Overall, I would recommend them for small jobs such as this.

"Per the advertisement, a roof inspection write-up was also supposed to have occurred and did not.  When I communicated this, via email, to the company, I was told there would be a followup communication and no such communication ever occurred.  Also, initial communication, in getting an appointment setup took almost three weeks.  I purchased the deal on November 2nd.  An appointment was not confirmed until November 13th.  Because of this poor communication, I would NOT recommend this company.
