She presented an extensive plan w reasonable pricing. Personal circumstances put things on hold until the spring of 2020. We kept in touch, revisited, revised and decided to phase our project. Dana got things going in August and we’re very pleased with the results. In addition I contracted w Dana/ ,North Star to perform bed maintain for 2021 and will renew for 2022. Customer service is great - we had a strand of LED lights act up right after installation and they were right out to replace the strand.
