"Quality work by a knowledgeable professional. Eddie's work on our epoxy garage floor exceeded my expectations. He provided enough information to help us make an informed decision between epoxy and polyaspartic garagecfloor covering. Eddie showed up on time, and completed the work as promised. Our garage looks great! I highly recommend One Coat Technologies!"

"We received several quotes. Pittman obviously wasn't the least expensive nor were they the highest bid; however, what made me choose to go with them was the knowledge and enthusiasm that Jake displayed when he came to discuss what we were looking for. Knows the business well and made several suggestions. Workers were phenominal and very friendly, professional, personal. They were neat and tidy in their processes and no paint spilled! They were also prompt, on-time, and worked extremely well together as a team no bickering, they got right to their tasks. So very careful and meticulous, definitely customer oriented and take pride in their work. Highly, highly recommend their services. Jake is very prompt to communicate in all avenues text, phone, email. Heck he even called me from a layover at the airport to make sure he understood all the details of the scope of the project. The project was no small task...I had my Kitchen, Living Room, Entry Way (3 difft colors mind you), Stairwell and 20ft cathedral ceilings painted. I don't know how they got to the ceiling but they did LOL. Needless to say the exceeded our expectations and top-notch quality provided and gave them extra then quoted! Are having them come back once we get flooring swapped in basement to finish lower level. Excellent price, professionalism and quality workmanship. Hire Pittman and you won't be disappointed! Thx all everything turned out great! :-)"

"Brady came and gave me an estimate.  They were able to start the work the next day.  It went quite well.  They ran into a slight problem in that some of the sub floor came up with the tile.  But it did not result in much of a price increase.  The floor was extremely uneven, but after they were finished, it was even and ready for us to install our floating floor.  They did a great job.

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

The prevention steps are essentially the same, no matter the patio material. Keep the surface clean and maintained. Ensure there's no debris buildup, and cover the whole thing in a quality sealant. If it's the start of a season or it's been a while since you've cleaned the area, use a pressure washer.

If your concrete stains are green in color, it indicates the presence of mold or algae—which you should address right away. If left unattended, mold will spread to other areas throughout the home. However, be careful not to disturb mold on indoor concrete surfaces and work with a local mold remediation specialist for specialized care. Once free from mold and algae, seal your concrete to eliminate pores and gaps.

Yes, you can seal old or existing concrete, but proper preparation is crucial. The concrete surface must be clean, dry, and free of any incompatible old sealant. To check if an old sealer is present, drip a few drops of water onto the surface; if the water is absorbed in under five minutes, it's ready to be resealed. If you plan to use the same type of sealer that was previously applied, you may not need to remove the old layer. However, if you are using a different type of sealer, the old one must be completely removed. Before applying the new sealer, thoroughly clean the concrete and repair or fill any cracks to ensure a smooth, well-prepared surface.

Epoxy and polyurethane sealers can last five to 10 years, while acrylic sealers last two to three years or more depending on the use, wear of the surface, and type of sealer you choose. Areas that see heavy traffic or extreme ice and snow may require more frequent sealing. Test your concrete every two years to gauge how it responds to absorbing water or if it fully repels it for longer than 20 seconds.

Exterior paint finishes come in a variety of options, but for concrete, your best bet is to go with an eggshell, satin, or semi-gloss latex paint. All three options are more durable than matte finishes and should help hide imperfections on your home’s concrete surface.
