"Mike is wonderful. He  was prompt and very skilled.  He arrived when he said he would, and didn't leave until the job was finished. He saw that the floorboards were a bit scuffed up - he repainted them without our asking him, and without cost to us.  I will use Gabriel Painting for every painting job I need done. "Deck was not cleaned well, stain was applied over existing mold. Was a very thin coat. I'm not sure but I don't think they got more stain, just used what was left from the last time they did the job.
Trim was not prepped, just painted over.
Do not use the carpenter they recommend.
I have used Hillis Brothers before and Nate is very responsive. There was a young man who was the site supervisor who seemed to care less when I pointed out my concerns.
To be fair, it was a very rainy summer and they were trying to fit in the work in between storms.

"I'm selling a home in Holland. The appraiser noticed a crack in the poured concrete foundation and asked for further investigation by a licensed foundation expert. Bryan Foster showed up promptly, provided a written report that confirmed no settlement, bowing or water intrusion, and charged a fair price.
