"Our A/C stopped functioning. They removed dust and debris from the coils in the 'inside' unit. They also cleaned the drainage hose that took condensation out. Unfortunately, they missed an overflow tray which filled up a few days later, overflowing above the ceiling of our living room. It soaked the plaster. We are still getting bids to fix it, but the bids are hovering in the ~$500-$700 range. VanderHyde was apologetic and fixed the problem promptly when notified, but the damage had been done. I think it was an honest oversight. But that oversight doubled the cost of the repair. I would still use them again.

We called him the following Monday and he explained that he had lost an employee and that he was very busy. Bob said he would be there on Friday in the afternoon.
