Mike O'Connor and the Restoration 1 team came recommended highly by our property management company when we had a flood in the lower floor of our house. From first contact through final resolution, Mike was right on top of everything, great communication, lots of pictures, worked proactively with our insurance carrier and most of all, worked with us to ensure the work was completed quickly so that we lost as little rental income as possible. Cannot recommend Mike highly enough. If you are proactive and work with Mike, he will do everything he can to achieve the goals you agree on.

I highly recommend Mike and his crew for demolition and mold remediation services. He was very accommodating to my out of state scheduling, and pleasant to work with. He and the crew even managed to get the job done in severe weather and sub zero temps. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I had a disaster on my hands at midnight with a flooded basement & a husband in the hospital with absolutely no idea what I was suppose to to do when I just so happen to see Mikeâ s add on google and called him. From the moment he answered at like 1am I knew Iâ d called the right person and place! He not even living in the same town was here by 7am to help me! He was not only professional but so understanding and so very helpful throughout our whole process of getting my home taken care of!! He was here everyday checking on the drying progress and helping me with every other aspect that I had to deal with which I knew nothing about! I canâ t thank him enough and the others he referred to me to get my home taken care of with the end result being absolutely great!! I will never be able thank Mike for all his help but I can attest to his professionalism and going that extra mile, which is seldom found anymore!! Mike from Restoration 1 of the Lakeshore really saved us when we discovered water in our crawl space. I had called several other providers of this service, but Mike was the only one who picked up the phone and was willing to come by later the same day to extract the water and sanitize the area. He left a heavy-duty humidifier in place to further dry things out, and checked back with us in person over the next several days, taking readings until the moisture level was in range. We were beyond pleased with the level of service, personalized attention and professionalism that was provided by Restoration 1 of the Lakeshore.
