This is our first experience having moss and algae removed from our roof. When Josh Rucker replied via HomeAdvisor, he carefully explained why Rug Shampoo was a quality solution and most importantly eco-friendly! Then he sent a video of how the removal process worked. We have a log cabin A-frame with very high pitched roof. We were in a bind to get the job done quickly prior to a staining log project.. After submitting pictures, he presented a bid quickly and completed the job 12 days later. All follow up was professional, friendly and punctual! The procedure was done exactly as he explained by him and his coworker, and he kept us informed along the way! We live in wooded sand dunes and the moss and algae on much of the roof looked like a green splotchy rug! Rucker's work was excellent! They left our decks and walkways free of the debris and very clean! Our roof is 10 years old and looks close to new! They did an exceptional job! And to top it off, the eco-friendly solution used to spray and clean the roof will not hurt plants or animals; and the procedure does not damage shingles! Great job Rucker team! We highly recommend them and will have them back in about 5 years!

You will not go wrong if u hire Rucker! What a difference their roof cleaning made on our roof! It looks like it did when new and the work was started and finished in under 3 hours. We had a large hip roof on our home and on our separate 3 car Garage plus a large screened in hip roof gazebo on our deck. No damage to shingles, and the shady west and north sides had a lot of moss and discoloration - but not anymore! Wonderful results !

I would highly recommend them. Josh and Brandon were extremely professional and courteous. Loved that they use an eco-friendly cleanser for the roof cleaning that is completely bleach free. Roof looks amazing and they cleaned up the siding and deck as well from the dirt/debris that came off the roof.
