Elieff Brothers Roofing IncI am very pleased with the results. The carpentry work by Yuji and Seth replacing the corbels/fascia/soffits was outstanding. They are skilled craftsmen (in addition to being very pleasant people) and the work was flawless! Before the existing pieces were rotted and made the place look neglected and now they have transformed it so it looks beautiful. Larry and his crew removed the old dilapidated roof and erected posts for a railing system, and fit the EPDM rubber roofing around them. I think the edges were particularly well done. The installed railings and made them fit and attached them solidly to the house such that I'm confident it will pass City inspection. The roof and railings look as they should and a good job was done, though it became a little protracted due to some delays. Finally, the gutter and downspout was installed and it was expertly done. I am so happy that the installer was able to fashion a downspout in a special custom way that didn't obstruct a passageway as I had thought would be necessary. It looks great and does the job to avoid damage due to leakage in my home as occurred without the gutter. After each step of the project, there was thorough clean-up. Steve Kinne, the sales representative, was amazingly diligent, patiently revising the quotes as necessary along the way when there were changes of plans. Plus, he couldn't be a nicer fellow and made arrangements for the cost to be discounted when it turned out that the corbels were not the rafter tails we had supposed they were, which was much appreciated. The total job came in at a little over $16,000 and I wouldn't have undertaken the project with Elieff if I wasn't absolutely convinced that there would be quality work, which I believed after Elieff did a perfect job on my main roof last year. I am a very satisfied customer and recommend the company highly!- Beth A.

We knew we wanted a small deck built but Taylor was great at design and suggesting materials. Everyone who worked on the project was great. We ran into a pre-existing structural problem with a window. I was so impressed with how quickly it was addressed - I received a text that someone would be there to look at it first thing in the morning. The repairs were done the same day. He was punctual and came when he said he would. Despite challenges with the weather, the job was completed within a reasonable amount of time. We are very pleased with the attractiveness and quality of our deck. Ben even built the latticework himself. It was a pleasant surprise to us. We continue to receive compliments on the deck. Work went very well. Brian's conscientious preliminary work and careful finishing made it look fine. This was an outside border for our patio, so It was a "small" job but Brian and Eric treated it with exceptional care. Brian even returned to double check and got rid of a bees nest for us! They were also very pleasant and thoughtful in explaining all they were doing.

There wasn’t one thing that we didn’t enjoy and appreciate about hiring Halm & Perkins to do a complete renovation of our East Lansing condo. Joe and Lisa and their entire team were very professional and thoughtful and went above and beyond to help us with every detail. Originally, we were anxious about being able to find people that we could trust to create a design and suggest ideas that would work best for us and the space. From the first interview meeting Joe & Lisa our fears were assuaged and we liked them immediately. They made the entire process from start to finish easy. Both Joe and Lisa even got my husband’s quirky sense of humor and ran with it, keeping us all laughing. We did not expect to have so much fun with a renovation! We appreciated how well they listened to our ideas and questions and they never let us feel that anything we thought or asked was silly or stupid, communicating often with us via text, calls or emails and directing us to websites for ideas or clarification as needed. Joe and Lisa are a great team and often when we were stuck on a decision one of them would come through with photos or thoughts that helped what the other was suggesting so that we could understand. They both did a fantastic job guiding us through the myriad of decisions that were needed, or choosing something for us when we asked them to do so. They came up with ideas we would not have thought of like bricking some of the walls and we are so pleased with how that, and other ideas we trusted them with, turned out. We asked for more storage space and they made sure we had that in every room with ways we could not have thought up ourselves. We wanted more light in the combined kitchen-living area and they exceeded our expectations in providing that in new ways. We had some dreams we weren’t sure were feasible, like making room for a two person jacuzzi tub and they made it happen, thanks to Joe’s expertise and Lisa’s design ideas. When they didn’t know the answers they had experts to consult. I often felt like we were on an episode of HGTV’s “Fixer Upper” with Chip & Joanna Gaines. We now walk into our condo and have happy sighs that we get to live here. Thanks, Joe & Lisa and the whole Halm & Perkins team!

All work is billed when the job is completed. That gives the customer the guarantee that we will complete the job to the best of our ability in a timely manor. All the risk is on us. For exceptionally large jobs, a portion of payment may be requested after the wash, but before the seal. Again, that is in the case where a large amount of material has to be purchased to complete the project.

Kim and Randy at Adams Power Wash have been my go-to guys ever since I first tried them nearly a decade ago. They're fast, professional and worth every penny. I have them come out every two years like clockwork (even if the deck still looks good - just my way of keeping everything pristine). We went through any number of companies before finding them. And we'll never go anywhere else!
