"Prompt, courteous, explained in advance what they would do and they did it. Our first experience with them was when they climbed up on our roof in a rainstorm to fix the leaking roof. They needed to construct a roof drainage cricket which we greatly appreciated them doing in the rainstorm. Next, they replaced 4 rotting posts that were holding up our 2-story porch deck, replaced some rotting porch deck frame joists, and all the decking on the same porch. When replacing the rotting posts, they poured concrete piers for the posts to rest on above ground, rather than just sinking them into the ground as had been done for the initial rotted posts. Finally, they replaced one exterior door and also a very heavy double French door. They always hauled away the debris and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Basketball Goals questions, answered by experts

The most affordable option to build a basketball court is asphalt. Asphalt costs $7 to $15 per square foot. This accessible and highly bouncy material will make your court perfect for a casual game or a serious play-off. You can also invest in a basketball DIY kit for additional padding. These kits cost around $1,500 and come with pre-marked, easy-to-install flooring tiles for a halfcourt. For hoops and scoreboards, look through your local used sporting supplies store or talk to school districts to see if you can snatch any equipment that’s being retired.

The life span of your pickleball court depends on factors like the surface material, how well it’s maintained, and your region. However, with proper maintenance, asphalt pickleball courts typically last 10 to 25 years, concrete lasts 10 to 30 years, and rubber lasts 10 to 15 years.

Both indoor and outdoor basketball courts are excellent options, and the best choice depends on factors like your local climate, available space, and budget. As long as the court and hoop dimensions are standard, any player can get a great workout and improve their skills on either type of court.

The primary drawback of an outdoor court is that weather, such as rain and wind, can hinder playing time. An indoor court solves this problem, allowing you to play anytime. However, installing an indoor court can be costly and takes up a significant amount of space that might otherwise serve as a living area.

Yes, many companies offer customizable colors, markings, and even logos for personalized courts.

Regularly clean debris, fill cracks promptly, and apply protective coatings to extend surface life.
