I have experience working with various contractors, and D&L impressed me with their quality of framing. Nothing was done sloppily or rushed. "Bill at Golden Needle gave us a time frame to order the replacement arms for our retractable awning and schedule installation.. We were happy he was able to fit it in that time frame. Bill was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Cory came to install the arms and adjust the awning. He could not have done a more excellent and thorough installation. He was so mannerly and friendly. Cory explained in detail what he did, told us what to do for maintenance and asked if we had any questions. He was a diligent worker with high morals. "We also had insulation of attic, but also downspouts replaced. Gentlemen that came to do each job was courteous, professional, and each person doing the given job left everything spotless. Much to our delight they also took measures to use face covering, as did we. Very happy with the whole process, from beginning to end. Stacy who came to the house to discuss the work needed was thorough, explained and answered all our questions. We are very happy with the whole process."

They were prompt, the sales was low-pressure, the door itself was lifetime warranted, and the install was smooth.  After the install they cleaned up the mess and remove the old door.  Because the door was lifetime warranted, All Weather Seal has come out to repair it in the past, and has always been as professional as ever.  An excellent company, I have used them to replace all of my windows as well. Highly recommended!

"I got this person's name from Angies list, but now he doesn't seem to be here under the name the quote was written. He came and gave a verbal quote and wanted to start work the next day, but I needed to think about it. He said he wouldn't be available for 10 days after that. So then he texted the bid but I wanted an email so he did that. Said he had insurance but I have not seen it. I verbally told him I would get the work done, but he wanted to come out in person before he went over the material list so I could order them. He booked and cancelled, then booked again and cancelled. I decided not to go ahead due to the cancellations and lack of work on the materials I needed to order....since I had already had the old patio removed since I verbally agreed to his bid. But I could not delay any longer on ordering material and decided to hire someone else. I also didn't like the use of text for the bid and most of his contacts. His prices were very reasonable. Not sure if I would consider him again."
