"We hired Wellington and Renee (WL) to clean out my dad’s basement that was stuffed with books and movies and other junk. We needed a professional because he has a cat/cats that didn’t use the litter box, they just went anywhere they wanted in the basement. The smell was horrendous as you can imagine. My dad is 90 now and we finally got him to agree to cleaning the basement out. When these guys showed up they worked for 5 hours straight, only to stop to eat a sandwich while still standing. These guys are so nice and compassionate, doing this job was tough for my sister and I until we turned on Praise and Worship music, we actually enjoyed working with them. We gave the ok for what was to be thrown away while they did all the moving and going up and down the stairs. Once we got everything out they scrubbed the floors, removing all the cat poop and treating the urine spots. We thoroughly enjoyed these guys and would hire them again in the future."

"500 sqft vacant cabin, basically cleaning a kitchen and super tiny bathroom, charged me $365, the cleaner said it was her first day, bad job, glass on the carpet, didn't clean the ceiling fans, turned on air conditioner and left it on when they left, didn't lock up the house when leaving, horrible customer service and conflicting invoicing and company names, very unprofessional"

"Think twice before doing business with this company. As of the writing of this review, they have a C- rating with the BBB. An upstanding business in the community, they are not. I was a Green Valley customer, and they were bought out by Granger. Granger’s service had become unreliable, so on March 4, 2024, I canceled my service with them. On March 25, 2024, I had what I thought was my last invoice from them auto deducted from my bank account in the amount of $6.11, which made sense because I had canceled one week into my 3 month billing cycle. On April 25, 2024, another bill was auto deducted from my account in the amount of $78.34. $60 was for “cart removal”, which I was never told that there would be a charge for, not to mention it’s completely outrageous. I was also charged $18.34 as a “remaining contract obligation”. When they automatically deducted money from my account, I hadn’t been a customer for nearly two months."
