Home inspections can be very stressful all around. Buyers are worried about whether they are getting a lemon, sellers worried about what will be found and how much it will cost them and the agents wondering if they'll lose the deal over the findings of the inspector. When we do find a defect, rather than just making a check mark on our report we explain why it's a defect and suggest realistic remedies. This great for sellers as they aren't getting hit with unwarranted repair demands. For the agents, as a licensed Realtor I know where you're coming from, my goal is to help all parties "save the deal" that everyone's worked so hard for.
