"Machtemes DBR completed a long punch list of handyman services on my home including soffit construction and gutter repair, heat coil installation for our roof line to address a persistent ice dam issue, porch roof assessment and repair, exterior door installation, finish work including baseboards and trim around windows and doors, and attic insulation. Jon the head contractor showed extensive and wide ra ging knowledge and expertise. His detail work was exceptional. He was able to perform tasks we requested but also was able to troubleshoot problems we didn't know how to solve, suggesting several options for us to consider. The work he did for us has lasted years showing no wear and tear. Would recommend him again."

"I can't tell you how refreshing it is to hire someone who comes and does quality work without the drama. Jake and his team came in and replaced about 90+ bad bricks in our chimney. Besides being tough work, Jake did what he said they would do and were professional throughout the whole process. Jake matched the brick and mortar perfectly and you would not know work was done. That was the goal, it looks great and you don't even know bricks were replaced. This was a messy job and you can't tell they were even there as they power sprayed everything down and picked up all the brick and mortar. I'm a long time Angie's List member and this was one of my best experiences. If you need chimney work, they are the one to hire!"

"Just had these guys over to install gutter toppers and everything went great. They showed up within their arrival window and finished the instillation efficiently. As a part of the instillation they cleaned and inspected the gutters and downspouts at no extra charge. When you give them a call they will send out someone to measure, pick colors and provide an estimate. At that point, if you want to proceed, you give 50% down and they will order the gutter toppers. It took about five weeks to process and then they scheduled the instillation. All in all the instillation at our home took about five hours, but everything looks great."

"Amanda from Homemade design provided me with a variety of suggestions for couches, end-tables, lamps, window coverings, rugs, paints, accessories to match my style and color preferences for my living room. Amanda has better than great ideas and worked to stay within my budget. I also hired Amanda to design my kitchen, dining room, game room, and master bedroom and bath. Building and furnishing a house is a daunting task, and Amanda was a great help in putting it all together. I couldn't have done it without her. Well done Amanda! Would I recommend Amanda? "I had tried installing a new French Patio Door and could not get it to close. I called Swans based on the reviews here. He scheduled an appointment and came down and quickly determined the issue. He took the time to explain why I was having trouble and how he had two options to correct it. He had the door installed within about a couple hours and did not even charge me the full estimated cost of 250. He offered to do the rest of the install work (foam insulation, reattach brick mould, etc) but I enjoy that stuff. I will definitely keep him in mind when I have another project I need help on or someone to do for me
