Best sonic cleaning pros near Novi, MI

"I hired Bee Clean Services because of their excellent ratings online. When I made the arrangements, I explained that my condo was a rental and that the carpet was not in the best condition. They arrived the next day earlier than scheduled (ok with me!), but the phone call I received was VERY disturbing. I received a call from their dispatch that their crew was onsite and the condo REEKED of urine. No pet had been in the condo for 4 1/2 years. I spent the previous week in the condo cleaning it, painting, etc. I was told black lights revealed there was urine all over the walls. It was such an outrageous claim and so unsettling! Tell me that the carpet was worn, was discolored in a few areas - absolutely. But the "story" I was given was EXTREMELY upsetting. I asked them to finish the job and leave. I went out to the condo later that evening and by all accounts, they did a fantastic job, given the age of the carpet. This would have been a wonderful experience and a 5 start rating had I not received that OUTLANDISH phone call stating my condo was awash in pet urine. Although they did a wonderful job, I don't think I would ever use this company again. I have no time for drama by any company for whom I'm paying for their services."

"They did such a great job on my home! very polite, informative, and on time. Hydro Clean is a great choice for your cleaning air duct needs!"

"Great! Sam always answers his phone, shows up on time and does a great job! I had an emergency with a flood and Sam arrived within a few hours to clean and sanitize everything. He cleaned the floors, carpets, bathroom. So lucky because nothing smelled bad afterwards. This company is very reliable and use them for all of my rental properties."

"Cheyanne and her teammate were wonderful doing a deep clean. We are very happy with the results!!! Elderly parent needed a deep clean and they worked hard and Cheyanne cleaned baseboards that were not regularly cleaned."

"Excellent experience from original quote to job completion. On the scheduled work date, Mike and Kevin arrived on time, were very professional, and did an excellent job. We highly recommend Michigan Elite Window Cleaning."

"He did the work by himself and in a reasonable time frame.  He was available at the day and time chosen.  He was polite and professional.  He will be the one we call the next time we need our windows cleaned.  The cost was very reasonable for the task that was perfomed.

"I had Doctor Ducts LLC do duct cleaning. It is a family-owned business Don and Nicole did a great job cleaning my ducts. They also made sure that everything was cleaned up afterwards, and all furniture was put back in place. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! I will definitely recommend them to family and friends."

"I needed the cleaning done ASAP, as the group I had hired backed out because it was a terrible job. A rental unit and the tenant was the worst we have ever had. They did a very good job and were happy to do it. Will be using them again."

"The carpet was cleaned beautifully. Very knowledgeable and attempted to remove dye from an area without charge."

"Everything went well, Bill and Dylan did an excellent job. I highly recommend them for your duct and dryer vent cleaning needs! Thanks Bill and Dylan!"
