"Ryan Swan was very pleasant to work with. He was knowledgable about everything we needed help with. He spent 3 hours at our house completing the following: installed a new toilet, installed a new electrical outlet, installed a new water line to our refrigerator, glued intake and exhaust PVC pipes on our furnace, minor repair to our garage door and repaired a few spots on our roof that needed tar to prevent leaking. We look forward to working with Ryan again."

"Actually they did a super job installing brick pavers in my yard a couple of years ago. Additionally, in the summer of 2013 I had a cement drive poured which abutted to the pavers. Joe's guy Paul came out to reset the pavers and level them correctly with the new driveway. Joe didn't charge me....so at Christmas I sent him two $50 gift cards to Outback Steakhouse as a thanks for the summer work. I didn't even get an acknowledgement, which is okay.
This fall I wanted an estimate for the front (as stated above). I sent him a text message with my request but did not get a response. I sent an email and no response. Left a voice mail and still nothing, so I went with another installer and LOVE what he did.
I eventually did get a call with an apology that he delegated to one of his crew members. Joe Todaro does do excellent work but lost this job over a lack of communication."

"Tim came out to look at what I wanted done and had several good suggestions. It wasn’t a huge project, but Tim looked at the materials I had on hand, and then purchased anything else he needed. He was very precise in his work, and didn’t let our Michigan temperamental weather deter him. Everything was cleaned up immediately. My mind is at rest now that it is done correctly and ready for winter."
