"The response time from the first inquiry was excellent. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable, professional , friendly and knew exactly what I needed and wanted done on my gas fireplace. He worked in a timely fashion, and was very aware of keeping all dirt , etc., onto a covered area so my carpet stayed cleaned. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs, parts, a new fireplace, etc. to their fireplace. I have already scheduled my yearly inspection for 2024. "I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

"They were great, the man did the job, got out. In the winter, when lot of snow was still in the ground of water against the basement and we have a poured foundation, it had leak, they had stopped the leak we had. They did what they pledged to do. They were here on-time, they got done quickly and then they went and the overall seam link that was leaking was about 7 feet from upper part down to the ground, and we are very happy. They did the work they promised to do on time and on budget."
