"I contacted SuperMen moving on  a Thursday night via their website and I received a quote the next morning. They also offered to come on Sunday - which worked well for me. On the morning of the service, they called to let me know they were on their way. The team of two were professional, friendly and engaging. "These guys were great!! We had a delivery of a massive new front, all in one piece, very heavy. They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day. However, if the motor is broken (a repair that can cost $150 or more) or the unit is getting old, it's often more cost-effective to replace the entire disposal.
