They ended up doing a complete tear out of the shower down to the studs, cleaned the mold professionally, and rebuilt the shower. They were very professional and reasonable. Customer service was top notch. Even after all the work was complete, Jerry was very responsive when the township lost my permit and started leaving me notes.
