Over the phone, the estimated fee for service was explained and agreed to, and scheduling was a snap. The following morning Johnny arrived on time with all the right tools and went to work. This was a tricky job of alignment, one that I had attempted to do myself through YouTube and the manufacturer's video instructions and that I had paid others to correct as well--all to no avail.
