The patch up job was so bad that after sending a picture to the office they sent someone out two days later to correct it and it was fine. I do wish I'd asked to see a picture of the panels first because they are clunky and very easily opened by curious small children. And be sure not to sign a contract at the first price you are given. This is one of those companies that uses the phone trick to supposedly get you a better deal. But only if you sign right away of course. All in all it was a good experience. And we do notice a difference in the bedrooms upstairs, despite a recent heat wave, which was our goal."
