"We received 3 estimates for a commercial Re Pave We wanted it milled before installing asphalt nobody would price it this was besides Driveway Experts . Edward came out on a Friday and by Monday morning the had a mill on my parking lot getting the project prepped by Tuesday 5 pm 21,600 square feet parking lot was milled paved and line striped. When we first seen the name ?Driveway Experts? we wasn?t sure if the would be able to do a commercial lot like we have the name seems residential but do not let the name throw you off these guys are animals I would trust them on any size project very good crew we cannot recommend them enough"

"Winter was comeing in fast and they were here evryday.They worked hard trying to finish before snow.They worked long hours and did a wonderful job finishing the driveway to the specs we requested..They were extremely professional .We were so happy with their work.We hired them to come back in spring and lay a sidewalk and a slab in our back yard.They did what others said couldn't be done due to dropping temperatures. "Biggest scam I e ever experience. The charged me 40k after interest to fix my sagging foundation, and fix my flooding crawl space. After an impressive sales pitch I signed the contract and had them do the ?work?. dusing the sales pitch they told me they would level my floors, and install equipment to prevent my crawl space from flooding every year. They explained this will be a multiple day project and I would have to rip up my floor to give the access to the foundation. So I ripped up my floor, and had them come in to do the work. They were in and out in about 4 hours, and left me with still sagging floors. after Getting in the crawl space myself I discovered that multiple of the jacks that they installed to lift the foundation, weren?t even touching the joists. And to this day, my crawl space still floods with a foot of water every spring. I contacted Ayer?s to see what can be done, they offered no compensation, and no help. If you?re planning to hire Ayer?s, dont"
