"It went great! Everyone was so much easier to deal with than the "other guys". Choice Warranty sent out a professional company and not only did the fix the problem, they replaced the old parts with all new ones. I know you are thinking that is what ypu are supposed to do but the "other guys" American Home Shield don't replace, they patch. I will recommend Choice Warranty to anyone. Great job!"

"Jeremy was a lifesaver! I had extensive water damage in my bathroom that resulted in a hole in the floor. As a single mother, I was concerned for the safety of my children. The first few contractors I spoke to treated me like a number. Jeremy however, rearranged his schedule and came out the next morning! He was fair and honest in what work needed to be done. Other contractors quoted me for work that wasn’t necessary and without even looking at my floor! He brought me piece of mind in a stressful situation.
