I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

"I hired this company to repair leaking toilet & leaking bathroom faucet. They replaced rubber o- rings on faucet & gasket between toilet & tank. No mention of cost for O-rings & gasket for toilet. Charged me 365.00 for service. Won't be calling them again. Could of bought new toilet & bathroom faucet for that price."

We then asked if he was up for another handyman project. Josh accepted the next project to install a three panel fence including the gate. This project was a bit tricky. "Several years ago we had a toilet installed by another contractor. When it began leaking into the basement last month, I called that contractor twice--one time, he said he'd be out the next day (no show), and the next he never returned my call. Vanderhyde came out within two days after I called. The plumber immediately spotted the problem, explained why the first installation probably had some issues, and fixed the problem in short order.
