Jud called me within 30 minutes of requesting an estimate through Angie's List, on a Sunday afternoon. I sent him photos of my existing hot water heater and he was quickly able to give me a very competitive quote. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to come out the next day, New Years Eve, and had the whole job done in about an hour. I was impressed that he called me back on a weekend, and did the installation so promptly.

It was great. Found my water heater leaking in the middle of the night, I drained it and called Jud at 7:30 am, he called back in a few minutes. He was at my house by 8:15am, had my old water heater unhooked by 8:30, took some measurements and ran to get a new water heater. By 1:00pm or so we had a brand new Bradford White (made here in west Michigan) hot water heater installed and running! It was amazing! He also piped in a new overflow pan to my floor drain to prevent any future leaks down the road. Great guy, friendly, and couldn't ask for more. I would not hesitate to use him again! THANKS, JUD!

Jud knows his stuff and is quick and efficient. He is also very responsive and will get your job done when you need it and when he says he will. This is our 3rd or 4th time calling him back for something new and he will continue to be our go to guy for anything plumbing. I won't let anyone else in the house if it relates to plumbing, there IS a difference depending on who you go with, I've been on the other side of this when Jud wasn't doing the work.

Jud responded promptly even though he was out of town at the time. Obtaining a quote was quick and was able to be done over the phone. He arrived early the following morning and rapidly finished the job. He was professional, kind, and used high quality products. I would highly recommend him to others.

He was good when he did the rough job. But by the time we were ready for the finish work he was unreliable, unpredictable, and had done some things wrong that cost us $. He even charged an extra fee because he showed up before he was supposed to and we didn't have one of the parts we needed. He only communicates by text which we found a problem. He insisted when he saw our review that we change it or he would not finish the job. So I have improved my assessment to get him quit bullying me.

"The home owner project turned into a way over her head project . Mrs. [Member Name Removed] waaahed her hands of this job and told me to stop bringing her into the loop any more . She had had enough of I m guessing her future son in law putting the cart ahead of the horse . The extra charge was for the addition of an extra dishwasher , parts and they were missing a lavatory faucet or had purchased a wall faucet and asked me to come back 10 days later to finish . So many contractors left this project over the last 8 months . I feel good I got it finished for them . Even added a bathroom where nobody else could . On time , one day early ! That's pretty good !"

Jud is the best. I've used him multiple times and he is the most responsive contractor of any kind that I've ever hired. Judanswered my initial phone call, got me a quote within 5 minutes of receiving pictures of the job site, and performed the work two days later. The responsiveness and communication was second to none. He assessed the conditions of the job quickly and got the job done in less than an hour, keeping the price for me down and getting my bathroom operational quickly.
