"I was impressed with Chuck from Shamrock Chimney. He was realistic in his discussion and went thru various options from converting to a gas fireplace to wood inserts. "This contractor was a pleasure to work with, and was eager to help provide us coordination of the various trades required. The job consisted of a large (approx. 50 square) asphalt roof replacement complicated by existing stone veneer problems with a chimney chase. A-1 responded promptly to our request for quotation, and when the full scope of work was finally determined, provided a detailed quote and an accurate projection of the time frame to complete the work. The owner was on site daily to provide supervision and direction fo this crews. Spot problems involving things like cleanup were promptly addressed. Incidental landscape and property damage were kept to a bare minimum. When we had questions regarding the execution of the work, the owner promptly explained them to us and helped to resolve them to our satisfaction. We do not hesitate to recommend A-1 Vinyl Siding for any of this type of work. The roof looks fantastic (with compliments from my neighbors), and the new siding on our chimney looks great."
