"Jerrod Thomason, the owner of Superior Home Building, did a complete remodel of our house including a new addition. He did the work while we spent the winter in FL. I contacted him based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's list. We did not meet him until the job was well under way. Everything was done by phone, email, and FaceTime. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would recommend Jerod for any job. He was outstanding!! Our job included: new roof, new siding, new gutters & down spouts, replace all windows, new flooring, new lighting and electrical, new plumbing, seal walls and waterproof basement, paint every room and ceiling in the house. Also a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, utility room, closets, and an addition which included a large new bathroom, walk-in closet and storage area. Use Superior Home Building you won't regret it!!"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"They did a good job of installing the openers and explaining their features and how to set up all the proper codes. There was a small problem with the installation where one of the brackets was pinching an electrical wire and causing it to short out. But after we had an electrician out to figure out the problem, T&C agreed it was a mistake and paid the electrician's invoice. Everyone we deal with was very friendly."

"We were extremely happy with Gary and Shawn's work. Everything was completed on schedule even with the little extras that cropped up during the project. I appreciate Gary's expert advice when we ran into these issues. They were able to take an outdated 40 year old home and renovate it to look new. They were both extremely professional and we actually missed their company when they were done. "Working with Brandon was great! The first job he did at my house was instal approx. 750 square feet of wood floors, which turned out beautifully. He was easy to work with, friendly, and met all the deadlines laid out. From there we knew we had our guy to help with all our projects! He installed trim around all the floors and windows, installed and grouted our tile backsplash, built a front porch and roofed it, to name a few. Brandon is also always available to help my husband and I when we are doing our own projects when we need a second opinion. I appreciate all the work he’s done so far and look forward to working with him on more projects in the future."
