"I started calling around to have a few jobs done around the house back in February of 2016. Most responses were to call after the snow melts. By April of 2016, everyone was booked up and didn't give me the time of day. Living out of state, I visited the house in late May and found it in worse shape than I thought and desperately needed a contractor to take over. After calling around, trying to get quotes from about ten contractors, only two responded that could do all I needed. These two, were able to meet me that day and got by quotes before I left town. After securing the funds needed, Andrew was the only one who could provide within my time frame. As soon as the work started, I got picture updates on the house and recommendations of improvement. His personal judgment was paramount in this job since I was states away. The house was complete with new siding, repairs to inside damage, painted interior, refinished hard wood floors, repaired fence, replaced storm doors, new outside lighting, repaired plumbing, electrical, resurfaced driveway and other small projects around the house.
