Erich Stammers and crew (Floodman) have braved the cold, dampness, and cramped space as they have just finished encapsulating our crawl space in the Elk Rapids area. This Traverse City- based business visited, evaluated, and executed a major fix at our home. We were then e- mailed photos and video of pre and post crawl space environs. Because this work needed to be done in January, the ground was too hard to finish off connecting a new sump pump system to outside drainage, Erich has held off charging us yet for work to be done in the spring. We were pleased with how well they cleaned everything up when the work was done. We really canâ t evaluate how well this system works until it is tested in the Spring when the snow melts and water levels rise around our house.

They have been very responsive to ongoing flooding into our crawl space from high Lake Michigan waters and our lake outlet being plugged frequently. Still a work in progress as conditions change. We are not at our cottage and trust them to be our watch dog and keep us out of harm's way.
