 + -1 moreI called Rob expecting to spend $1500 or more on a new A/c unit. My call was placed at 8am and he arrived at my home around 9:30am. After inspecting the unit it was determined that a rodent had shorted out the unit. Rob cleaned the mess, reset the breakers , and the unit was back in service. He charged me a $50 service fee which hardly covered his gas, let alone his time from Onekama to the south side of Manistee county. The other impressive thing is he could have charged me much more because I wasn't there to watch him. I have since used Lakeshore Mechanical for addition services and have been equally impressed on all occassions.
Description of Work: My A/C unit quit working on one of the hottest days of the year.
