Repaired the drain on dishwasher. the only reason we gave a 'B' is the tech didn't have a sprayer to repair the additional leak. He was available by phone the following day, to advise us on our attempt at home repair. He does receive an 'A' for advice. I would HIGHLY recommend this company....
