He always kept us abreast of any issues that needed to be addressed and worked to satisfy them. He also let ys add in items and worked around those modifications as we saw something we wanted to do. An example of this was putting in an outdoor kitchen. He let us get the sink infrastructure and countertop support needed to install those at a later date. Truly a professional. He even offers a guarantee to come back and go over any issues we may have with boards and such for possible replacement if needed."
