Lakes was very flexible on the scheduling.  I needed to have the house power washed after another contractor was done doing work on my house.  They showed up as scheduled and power washed my garage in addition to my house since my house was small.  The gutters and window frames are white again.  Good Job.  Lakes will be staining my decks in the spring,  they gave a good estimate for the job.
