Friendly and efficient. Came on time with equipment needed. They worked the entire time and left things in great shape.

I ve used them for years and can t recommend them enough. Expensive for me but for a household with means it s a life saver Still is for me but i have more thoughtful financial decisions to Make. They also shovel my drive and sidewalk.

They made their third visit today and I am as impressed as I was after their first visit. Patrick runs the crew and he makes sure that they clean over, under and behind everything. We've got four large breed dogs, two of which are Huskys, so the hair is an issue. Not for Special K. Very impressed with the attention to detail they give our home. THANK YOU !

They did an excellent deep cleaning for my parents! They were professional, very kind and extremely thorough. We hired them for a one time cleaning as a gift for my parents. After the fabulous job they did my parents are going to continue with them on a regular cleaning schedule.

For the first time in a long time, I did not wake up and get a stuffy nose from all of the dust in my house. She was very thorough, and cleaned items I did not even realized how dirty it was. It smelled so fresh, the floors were so rich in color, the bathrooms were gorgeous. I honestly, don't think I can stop having her come to my house!!! Thank you Special K! The only issue I had was that their was a difference in price, but my house was extremely clean and fresh. So, you get what you pay for, and I did not mind paying extra because they did a FABULOUS job!

Karen and Darcy were excellent. This was a tough job. Old windows w/storms and some screens. Karen give me a bid for the job and did not charge more when it became evident the storms would need to be removed to do a thorough job. She had two male associates remove the storms (they didn't break one! and apparently were stuck from when they were painted years ago!) then they finished the job and the men returned to replace the storms. I was afraid of a higher cost, but she stuck to her price. Sills, screens were also nicely vacuumed. I was also impressed that she gave me references when she scheduled my job.
