13 Amazing customer service! Jeff came out on a Monday, walked us through the issue and verified that it was under warranty. He did explain that it could several days or a week before the repair could be done due to schedule. Brian called that afternoon, confirmed the issue and tentative cost....
The repair went very well. The cleanup crew was in the house and the two teams worked well together getting the water back on.

"Nick at Hometime Construction promptly came out to assess our gutter project and then gave us a fair estimate. He was kind, knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Within an acceptable amount of time Nick and Jeremiah came out and replaced a large section of damaged gutter and beautifully cleaned and “straightened up”gutter that was disheveled and debris filled and then also dug 2 trenches with pop ups for drainage. They did a complete job; paying attention to detail and then also cleaning up with disposal of debris. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results we got using Hometime Construction.
