Dropped my vehicle off. They called with what the problem was. Turned out to me a minor repair. My vehicle was quiet again. I have taken our vehicles there for several issues over the years and they have never disappointed me with the quality of work or the cost.

PERFECT!!!! Mechanic came in before hours to diagnose issue and have torn apart, so parts could be ordered as soon as part store opened! I needed to have the car to do my work.

The job was wonderful. What was even better is that the warranty on one of them had not expired and they replaced one set for free. If they had not informed me of this information, I would not have known better and they could have charged me. I think these guys are very honest and recommend them to anyone. I always ask for Jay Zach.

We have used Muffler Man for many years for not only oil changes but also mufflers, and brakes. They have always kept their prices lower than most other places while keeping their work tops. They also will let you know if they notice something else that needs work even if they don't do the work themselves. We have always found them to be very honest in their assesments.The only reason I rated them slightly lower on punctuality is because they don't have appts. so there are times when you may have to wait, although they have always been pretty close when estimating when they can get you in.

Muffler Man of Gaylord is a good place to have work done on your automobiles. I trust them to do honest work and not charge for services or parts that were not needed. Our friends take their cars to Muffler Man of Gaylord, and that is why we gave them a try in the first place.
Unlike many repair shops, they will use customer supplied parts and are pleasant about it.
