Get matched with top basement remodelers in Gaines, MI

"All I needed was half my basement repaired from water damage due to a broken pipe. They would not come out to even quote the job unless they were going to rebuild the entire basement. At least they didn't waste my time."

"Best in class quality and premium service on full basement remodeling at an affordable price!! If you are looking for a contractor who is trustworthy and gets basement remodeled as per requirements within budget price then without any second thought it’s Brent Pierce and his expert team from High Road Construction LLC. "J. Thomas Construction did an amazing job finishing our basement. From the initial estimate through completion of the project, J. Thomas Construction provided excellent service and communication. His team was professional and stayed on schedule. We are extremely satisfied with our new space. I highly recommend J. Thomas construction and will definitely hire for future projects."

"Built to Last Construction was recommended to my husband and me by his brother. They remodeled my bother-in law's kitchen and built him a beautiful deck, which is featured on their website at https://www.b2lconstruction.com. We hired them to remodel our kitchen. It turned out beautiful. Tom even built pull out drawers for my cupboard panty and added a heat vent along the floor. The extra time and detail they took to get it just right was amazing. I recommended them to a friend who is keeping them busy with projects at her home. My friend recommended them to someone else who has had a hard time finding someone to update her deck. She will not be disappointed."

"I hired this company to tear out a tub and install a tip walk-in shower. Full bathroom remodel including flooring. Very impressive work!!"

"Lucas was able to install a bathroom fan for us, install a vanity, paint our basement ceilings, install lights in our basement, and complete a closet install in our upstairs bedroom. This work was completed within a timely manner and Lucas was responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. He was very thorough in his work as well."

"Chapman Homes was incredible to work with! Our home was a total remodel. Chapman Homes did the drywall throughout our entire house. The city inspector asked who our contractor was and commented on what a great job had been done. Dave is dependable, hardworking, timely and kind! I would highly recommend Chapman Homes."

"We hired Northstarr to 1. put up crown molding in the Great room, Renovate the stairs and put in hard wood flooring in all upstairs rooms other than the bedrooms. We were extremely happy with the quality of work, attentiveness to details, help in deciding on the details of what to specifically do, friendliness of the workers and the fact that they cleaned up. We used them on a basement remodel in the past and would be the first company we would call for future work."
