Starting with the original estimate, every member of the crew was professional. They arrived when promised, were respectful of your property and made sure that we were satisfied when they finished. We were in need of having some siding replaced before they painted and the gentleman that came by to do it completed it without any issues. "Quick response for quote for painting one side of barn and started job the next day. We were not happy with the paint job as there was overspray on concrete, paint on areas that were not being painted and paint on pool table that was stored inside barn. We contacted Curtis and they returned twice to address the problems. I am satisfied with the fix but disappointed that more care wasnt taken initially to protect other exposures. Our barn is red with white trim but the side painted ended up being completely red. My husband met Curtis at Lowe?s to purchase the paint and asked about white paint but Curtis said there wasn?t any white and my husband assumed that meant the existing white trim would remain. We are new to hiring workers for projects at our home so we are chalking this up as a learning experience. My suggestion is that you be very specific about what you want painted including colors, what is included in the quote and how other exposures will be protected"

"He is very clean, no drips, no splatters. His edging is precise. When finished painting he puts everything back where it is supposed to be and cleans eve up. He is also very punctual."

"Their quality of work was great......As far as their customer service...I have another small deck that I need refinishing but wasn't ready while they were doing the large deck and stairs. I had new metal railings and post sleeves installed. I have repeatedly called and left messages with no callback. I did get through once but and spoke to Jake but he never touched base with me again. Also they say that a $25 gas card will be given to a paid in full job. The job was paid and no gas card. They said it would be mailed. I'm still waiting...Overall they did a good job but their customer service could be better."
